Melissa Dodd

Melissa joined the Orbis team in September 2016 and serves as one of our SaaS Customer Service Manager for our onsite administration team.

Before coming over to the Orbis team, Melissa worked for over five years as customer service team lead in Charlotte. Additionally, she has five plus years of experience in various other customer-facing roles. These roles have helped to develop Melissa´s passion for sharing knowledge through helping others solve problems.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Coastal Carolina University in 2003. When Melissa is not at work, she enjoys triathlons, crafts and spending time with family, friends and pets.
